Hilton Cleveland Downtown

The room was great and just as it was described on the website at the time of booking. Very comfortable and clean. Very close to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and main areas of shopping and dining. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. I love the easy check in/check out process with the Hilton phone app. Very easy to use!

Pretty nice establishment. Very nice lobby, seemed to have some pretty nice restaurants. What a nice shower with some nice soaps so divine. Valet and front desk workers were very nice. Overall too good.

The Hilton Cleveland Downtown was truly amazing!!! From check in to check out, the hotel and it's staff made our trip to Cleveland so special. An especially nice added touch was that during the stay the fron desk would text me to check in if I needed anything, Savannah was so helpful and so sweet, ALL hotels should follow this style of service, and more hotels need a super employee like Savannah

We had a fabulous stay at the Hilton Downtown that provided everything our extended family needed, with well-appointed rooms that featured amazing views of the lake waterfront, good restaurants and a rooftop bar, and a nice swimming pool that the kids in our group could enjoy. The staff worked hard to ensure that all our needs were met and questions answered, despite what appeared to be a busy week.

The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. We had to switch rooms due to a suite we were connected to being too loud and they changed our room quickly and made one of our nights complimentary due to having to move. We also had to stay an extra day due to snow and they upgraded us to a suite. Everything was very clean and location was perfect as we needed the convention center, and it is connected. We didn't have to go outside the hotel at all unless we wanted to. I definitely will be back next year!
